Full-Time Associate Boutique Manager

Job Overview

ZukaBaby seeks a full-time Associate Boutique Manager to oversee sales, customer service, staffing, merchandising and day-to-day store operations.  Ideal candidate has excellent sales, communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a background in retail sales and customer service. Seeking a full-time hire for 40 hours per week during regular store hours. 

Areas of Focus

  • Customer Engagement and Sales – Greet customers, identify customer needs, offer product suggestions, gift registry and personal shopping services.
  • Customer Service - Communicate with customers and appropriately respond to customer inquiries in store, by phone, by email, and through social media channels.
  • Inventory Management - Ensure availability of products by receiving orders and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
  • Merchandising & Display – Create and maintain store displays and signage, supervise product tagging, organizing, merchandising and restocking.
  • Product Education - Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings, educate customers on ZukaBaby’s unique offerings. 
  • Staff Training & Scheduling - Schedule store support staff, train new staff members on day-to-day processes and procedures. Responsible for adequately staffing store during all business hours.
  • Store Operations - Purchase store supplies, review and reconcile invoices, end-of-day and end-of-month transactions.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Experience

Ideal candidate meets the following qualifications:

  • Excellent sales, customer service, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in retail sales and customer service. Management and merchandising experience a plus.
  • Flexibility in work schedule - available on Saturdays and for opening and closing the store during normal hours of operation.
  • Must be positive, service-oriented, friendly, curious, resourceful and self-motivated, with an interest in children/children’s products. Full product training will be provided.

Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate

Job Overview

ZukaBaby seeks a part-time Boutique Associate to assist with retail sales, customer support, store support and merchandising. Ideal candidate has excellent sales, customer service & communications skills, along with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning about the latest baby products. Seeking a part-time hire for approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Areas of Focus

  • Customer Engagement and Sales - Greet customers, identify customer needs, offer product suggestions, gift registry and personal shopping services.
  • Product Education - Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings; educate customers on ZukaBaby's unique offerings. Full training is provided.
  • Merchandising - Assist with tagging, organizing, displaying, restocking and tidying up products in the store.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
