The health and safety of our guests and our team continues to be of utmost importance, so we are now moving our operations exclusively to online and phone orders with curbside pickup, nationwide shipping and local delivery. Our store showroom is temporarily closed to the public, but we are committed to serving you and your family the best baby products and resources during this time of social distancing. Our current hours of operation will be 11am-3pm Monday through Saturday, with multiple ways to shop, including:

  • Online Ordering  - for curbside pickup, local delivery or free nationwide shipping on orders of $49+
  • Free Curbside Pickup - available for online or phone orders Monday-Saturday, 11am-3pm. 
  • Local Delivery within 10 mile radius of store.
  • Personal Shopping and Product Consultations  -  Our team of expert moms is on hand to help you purchase the perfect baby gift or choose the best teethers, toys, strollers or swaddles for your growing family.   • Universal Registry  - We now offer a universal baby registry, powered by MyRegistry. It takes seconds to create online, and offers easy online shopping, the capability to sync with other registries, and exclusive ZukaBaby services and savings. Our store continues to be routinely cleaned and sanitized, and our team is committed to keeping a clean, healthy store environment, along with safe distancing. Stay well, and take good care of yourselves! We are here for you.

Curbside Drive Through or In-Store Pickup:

Place an order online or by phone and we'll bring it out to your car anytime during our normal business hours. (No need to wake a sleeping baby!) Simply select "in-store pickup" option at checkout. 

Local Delivery: 

We offer convenient local delivery to your home or workplace in the Greater New Orleans area. Enjoy free delivery on full-price, in-stock purchases over $35. (Excludes gift cards). Shop online and select "local delivery" at checkout. Local delivery is currently limited to New Orleans and Metairie, LA. At this time, we cannot offer local delivery to New Orleans East or Westbank. We offer free shipping on qualified orders of $49+ to residential addresses throughout the 48 continental United States. Orders under $49 are subject to $7 flat rate shipping fee. Shipping rates valid on qualified purchases only. Some product restrictions apply. Shipping is currently not available to AK, HI, international addresses, business addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping is only available for full-price purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

In stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.  Drop-ship and custom orders may require additional shipping and delivery time. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!

All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.

Shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states.

If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.

Free Gift Wrap Available

We now offer free gift wrapping on all purchases. Simply select gift wrap at checkout, and be sure to include a free gift message as well.

Out of stock items:

If an item is not in-stock due to a mistake on our part, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

Our goal is to have your order to you as soon as possible, so we will not be able to change or cancel your order after it has been shipped.  If you have questions about an order status, call us at 504-407-2700.


ZukaBaby reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if an order appears to be fraudulent, for the purpose of reselling or if payment, shipping or billing information cannot be verified. We are not permitted by our vendors to sell to third-party or unauthorized resellers. We will contact you if we need additional information about your order and if we do not hear back within time parameters communicated, the order will auto-cancel.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us. We are happy to see what we can do to help.

International Orders:

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Are you on a tight schedule?

If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so we can confirm inventory, a shipping date, and an arrival date.

When A Package Is "Returned to Sender":

Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.

ZukaBaby Holidays:

Our offices are closed on Sundays and the following holidays: New Years Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On these days, our staff is spending time at home with their families. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also ship out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the office due to other circumstances like weather.


All packages come with a return slip included at the bottom of the package. Please fill out the return slip and include with your return.

Any unopened or defective items—with proof of purchase—may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 60 days of purchase or 60 days after the birth of your baby (whichever is longer).

    • New items returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition—unused, unwashed, original condition, unopened with all tags and packaging intact. Disposable or non-reusable products must be unopened and sealed. We cannot accept items that have odors, pet hair, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, makeup, stains, or damaged packaging.

    • Special orders, sale/clearance items, and items purchased with a discount are final sale.

    • Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.

    • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 60 days. Any returns accepted after 60 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

    • Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.

    • No price adjustments for full-priced item returns during sale periods.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!
