Curbside + Delivery + Shipping & Returns

Curbside Pickup

Place an order online to pick up in store, or give us a call and we'll bring to your car! 

  • Simply select "curbside pickup" option at checkout. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pick up, and you may pick up anytime during regular store hours.
  • Your order will be available for in store or curbside pickup for 14 days.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order within 14 days, please notify us to make other arrangements. If we have not heard from you after 14 days, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Local Delivery

We offer free delivery to select zip codes in the Metro New Orleans area (Orleans & Jefferson Parish only) with a $100 minimum paid order required

  • Orders under $100 are subject to a $30 flat rate delivery fee.
  • Shop online and select "local delivery" at checkout. 
  • We will contact you or your gift recipient to schedule a delivery within 5 business days. Same-day delivery may be available by request for an additional rush fee, and is subject to staff availability. 
  • Local delivery is currently limited to select zip codes in the New Orleans and Metairie, LA. At this time, we are unable to offer local delivery to New Orleans East, downtown New Orleans or Westbank. Other order or delivery exclusions may apply. 
  • Local delivery may not be available to select New Orleans areas during Mardi Gras season. 


We offer free shipping on qualified orders of $65+ to residential addresses throughout the 48 continental United States.

  • Orders under $65 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee.
  • Shipping rates valid on qualified purchases only. Free shipping is only available for full-price purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Additional product restrictions apply.
  • Shipping is available for orders with a residential delivery address in the lower 48 states. Shipping is currently not available to AK, HI, international addresses, business addresses or APO/FPO addresses. 
  • In stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. Drop-ship and custom orders may require additional shipping and delivery time. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!
  • All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.
  • If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.

Free Gift Wrap Available

We now offer free gift wrapping on all purchases. Simply select gift wrap at checkout, and be sure to include a free gift message as well.

Out of stock items

If an item is not in-stock due to a mistake on our part, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Our goal is to have your order to you as soon as possible, so we will not be able to change or cancel your order after it has been shipped. If you have questions about an order status, call us at 504-407-2700.


ZukaBaby reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if an order appears to be fraudulent, placed for the purpose of reselling, or if payment, shipping or billing information cannot be verified. Curbside pickup orders will be auto-cancelled after 14 days, if you have not contacted us to make other arrangements. We are not permitted by our vendors to sell to third-party or unauthorized resellers. We will contact you if we need additional information about your order and if we do not hear back within time parameters communicated, the order will auto-cancel.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us. We are happy to see what we can do to help.

International Orders

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Are you on a tight schedule?

If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please give us a call so we can confirm inventory availability, an expected shipping date, and an arrival date.

When A Package Is "Returned to Sender"

Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.


  • New,  unused full-price items with original packaging and tags may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a copy of receipt.
  • Returns without a receipt may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Discounted or clearance items are FINAL SALE.
  • Purchaser is responsible for covering shipping cost of returned items. 
  • Purchaser is responsible for covering PayPal and Affirm processing fees of returned items, when applicable. 
  • If you purchased a product with a suspected defect, please contact us and we will work with the vendor to provide assistance.
  • If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!

ZukaBaby Holidays

Our offices are closed on Sundays and the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On these days, our staff is spending time at home with their families. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also ship out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the office due to other circumstances like weather.
