Snappis are modern diaper closures designed to take the place of traditional diaper pins. Snappis have teeth on the end of each arm that grip the fabric of the cloth diaper and pull the points to the center. This keeps your prefold or flat securely fastened onto baby without having to worry about pins that may poke your fingers or baby.
Snappis are made for regular flat or prefolded diapers that need to be held closed. Since Snappi fasteners work by gripping onto the fabric of diapers with little teeth, it will not work with fabrics that cannot be gripped like microfiber or thin gauzy weaves. Snappi fasteners work best with thick woven cotton fabrics. Washable cloth diapers made of microfiber or hemp cloth may not work as well with Snappis since they do not have a weave for the fasteners to grip onto.
The tabs on top of the hooks do double duty. You can use the whole tab to pull your snappi into place. When not in use, the loop on the edge can flip over the hooks
Sold in a convenient 3 pack, you can be sure to always have one when and where you need it.
