A couple of years ago Child Development Program told me they would accept cloth diapers.

I was also interested in finding out more about Kidutopia for an occasional drop off for my son. I didn’t know they had a “no cloth diaper” policy.

I spoke with someone who said that a few years ago they accepted them. Either way, they are definitely on our list of contacts.

You’re right, once you show them how easy it is they are all set. I’m glad you found a place that accepts them. I love my cloth diapers too!

I have added Apple Tree Academy to the list of cloth diaper friendly locations.

Thank you, Laura. We had a difficult time too. When Erin told me this was something she was working on I jumped at the opportunity. I knew I wasn’t the only parent hoping to find a place.

I have added Audubon Primary Academy to the list of cloth diaper friendly locations.

If you don’t mind emailing (kimberly@zukababy.com) me the name of the daycare that will not accept them, we can still put them on our list and reach out to them.

Nice… I really liked this blog. Have you talked to Kidutopia? We’ve been thinking about taking our baby there occasionally, but their policy includes “no cloth diapers”. Maybe they’re next on the list of diaper-friendly childcares!

I exclusively cloth diaper and have since my daughter was 2 months old. My daycare was enthusiastic about cloth diapering and after a few lessons they’re a bunch of pros. My daughter goes to Appletree Academy in Metairie. I’m grateful they were so willing because I love my cloth diapers.

Hi Kim,
I have had a difficult time finding cloth friendly daycares in the Uptown area of New Orleans. My daughter is currently at a daycare that does not accept them (and is not interested in learning about them); however, she was attending Audubon Primary Academy who readily accepted cloth diapers! Hope you will add them to your list!!!
